Jeffrey Cunningham practices in the area of professional liability, mainly lawyer’s liability/legal malpractice defense. He works in Wilson Elser’s Office of General Counsel, defending the firm and its very diverse group of attorneys practicing in New York City. Jeffrey’s experience includes professional liability involving lawyers, architects and a range of miscellaneous professionals; general liability; commercial litigation; D&O liability; employment and labor law; and personal injury and premises liability matters. Jeffrey has lived overseas, mainly in Germany, Israel and England, and served more than 500 hours performing pro bono work in law school.
