Jeffrey J. Kmoch is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Kmoch represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a primary emphasis on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation. His background includes individual and class action litigation arising under ERISA and other federal and state employment laws.
