Jeffrey Pellegrino is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on capital markets transactions, including high yield offerings, and general securities and corporate finance matters.

Mr. Pellegrino has substantial experience representing financial institutions, issuers and investors in public and private debt and equity offerings and lending transactions in a broad range of industries, including: media and telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, technology and retail. In addition, he represents financial institutions, companies and investors in all manner of other engagements, including: financing commitments, bridge loans, tender/exchange offers and consent solicitations, and the corporate and securities law aspects of both in and out of court restructuring transactions. He also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including SEC reporting, corporate governance issues, and the satisfaction of requirements set forth by the NYSE and Nasdaq.
