Jeff Gould

is a litigation partner in the Washington D.C. office. His practice focuses principally on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. He represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including securities and shareholder derivative actions, bankruptcy litigation, contract disputes, and environmental matters. In 2014, Jeff was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Jeff also maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling clients on a diverse range of matters before various courts, for which he has received the Kirkland & Ellis LLP Pro Bono Service Award each year since 2008. Prior to joining Kirkland, Jeff served as a law clerk to Judge Paul Barbadoro of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
