Jeffrey Jensen is an associate in O’Melveny’s New York office* and a member of the Securities Litigation Practice. He represents companies and individuals in a wide range of securities litigation matters, including shareholder class actions and mergers and acquisitions-related litigation. He also spent more than a year seconded to a large broker-dealer, where he represented the broker-dealer’s affiliated bank in securities-based lending.
