Jeff is an associate in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office and concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. His litigation experience encompasses a wide variety of cases, including patent infringement, consumer class actions, employment matters, insurance coverage, product liability, maritime, breach of contract, fraud, business torts, banking, tax, real estate, and other complex commercial disputes. Jeff has litigated a variety of matters before New Jersey state trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, state and federal administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Mr. Catenacci received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Communications in 2001 from the University of Rhode Island. He received a J.D., cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005.
