Jeff's practice focuses primarily on the representation of public pension fund fiduciaries in a counseling and litigation capacity. Jeff also has litigated cases spanning a broad range of issues, including employment claims, trust and estate litigation, securities arbitrations and complex contract disputes. Jeff has substantial deposition experience and has served as second chair in four bench trials and four arbitrations. Jeff has also served as first chair in three administrative law hearings (totaling 16 days in trial as first chair) and has successfully orally argued six cases to the California Courts of Appeal.
