Jeffrey S. Karr is a partner in the Cooley Litigation department. He joined the Firm in 2000 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Mr. Karr's practice covers numerous areas, including intellectual property litigation and complex commercial disputes. Mr. Karr has litigated patent and trade secret cases involving a variety of technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, cellular telephone equipment, athletic equipment, computer software and hardware, e-commerce solutions, and GPS technology. Mr. Karr has also handled complex contract disputes, copyright cases, partnership disputes, securities cases, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
