Jeff Ramsey represents real estate developers and real estate private equity funds in real estate investment transactional work. He has particular experience in real estate joint ventures of every variety, including development joint ventures, acquisition, programmatic, portfolio, and single asset ventures across all asset categories.

Key past joint venture transactions include multiple engagements for Mill Creek Residential Trust, including development ventures for project sites throughout the United States; Whitman/Peterson Partners, Behringer Harvard Funds, and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.

Jeff is a member of the The Real Estate Council, State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Associations. He is a volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
