Jennifer A. Guidea has broad experience handling various commercial disputes relating to allegations of unfair competition misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, and breach of contract among business entities. In addition, Ms. Guidea has handled professional liability and bad faith claims involving doctors, hospitals, attorneys and other professionals.

Ms. Guidea also has extensive experience defending complex product liability cases in state and federal courts, involving both personal injury and wrongful death claims. Ms. Guidea has represented several major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in both individual and multi-district litigations from the inception of the claims up to and including trial and/or settlement. She has also represented manufacturers of industrial products and heavy machinery, aviation manufacturing clients and air carriers and asbestos clients in complex product liability litigation.

Ms. Guidea has litigated a variety of matters before state and federal courts, as well as before JAMS, independent arbitration panels and court-appointed mediators. She has handled all aspects of discovery, including management of e-discovery teams responsible for retention, collection, review and production of electronically stored information (ESI). Ms. Guidea has conducted depositions of expert and fact witnesses, as well as prepared and defended such depositions. Additionally, Ms. Guidea has prepared and argued discovery and dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, in limine and other pre-trial motions and post-trial motions.
