Jennifer Broxmeyer joined Ropes & Gray in 2010 as an associate in the litigation department after a clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Her practice focuses on internal investigations, criminal and civil government investigations, and complex business litigation. Jennifer has represented clients in matters relating to False Claims Act, Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and exclusion from federal health care programs. Jennifer also advises health care clients on compliance issues.
