Jennifer Henry Brown

Jennifer Brown's practice focuses on representing public and private companies in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters. She counsels clients regarding SEC reporting obligations, corporate finance, corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and communications with the public markets.

Jennifer's recent experience includes representing an energy company in multiple public offerings and representing an NYSE-listed energy services company in the reorganization of its U.S. and foreign operations.
