Jennifer K. Bralower

Jennifer Bralower is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Debt Finance and Private Equity Groups. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, with particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated credit facilities and junior capital.

Ms. Bralower advises private equity funds, senior and mezzanine lending institutions and private and public borrowers in connection with a variety of debt financing arrangements. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating syndicated revolving and term loans, asset-based facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine financings, bridge facilities, financial sponsor debt investments, and loan workouts and restructurings. Ms. Bralower has represented clients in transactions ranging in size from several millions of dollars to billions of dollars.
