Jen Squillario concentrates her practice on complex commercial disputes and business litigation.
Jen regularly represents clients in class actions and complicated litigation involving insurance contracts, product liability, securities, False Claims Act, employment and ERISA, always with a focus on providing practical advice that balances the client’s business needs with legal considerations. She has litigated nationally on behalf of clients in a wide range of industries, among them pharmaceutical, motor vehicle, investment banking, insurance, global financial services and hospitality.
Jen also has significant experience in corporate investigations and compliance and substantial experience in the area of electronic discovery. She regularly counsels clients on managing e-discovery issues, including records retention, litigation holds and preservation and use of electronic information.
