Jen Bierlein practices in the real estate area, focusing on commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, financing, and joint ventures. She has significant experience in financing multifamily housing transactions, structuring joint ventures, selling and acquiring commercial real estate, and negotiating sale-leaseback transactions.

Jen's recent experience includes numerous joint ventures, loans, and dispositions for various apartment and condominium projects for Greystar Real Estate Partners, Mill Creek Residential Trust, and Trammell Crow Residential; the lease and concession of The Ohio State University’s parking system; numerous real property sales for Old Carco Liquidation Trust, successor to Chrysler LLC; and the acquisition by JPMorgan Chase Bank of Washington Mutual Bank real estate from the FDIC.

Jen is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
