Jennifer is an associate in the firm's Western Commercial Litigation group who focuses her practice on complex product liability and toxic tort litigation. She is a core member of the Reed Smith team that serves as national product liability counsel for a Fortune 100 manufacturing and service company and its Fortune 500 subsidiary. Jennifer's practice includes the resolution and/or trial of product and premises liability disputes and other commercial litigation matters throughout the country. She also has experience in cases involving intellectual property, consumer fraud, breach of contract, government contract bidding, and other commercial disputes. In addition, Jennifer has counseled clients concerning the use of electronic discovery programs in compliance with the federal rules governing the discovery of electronically stored information. Jennifer handles all stages and facets of litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
