Jennifer Miremadi is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Ms. Miremadi’s practice focuses on complex business and intellectual property litigation, domestic and international trademark prosecution, and global trademark portfolio management.

Ms. Miremadi received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as business manager of the UCLA Law Review. She also received her B.A., summa cum laude, from UCLA. Prior to law school, Ms. Miremadi worked in Paris, France at the European headquarters of an American aerospace corporation in the Global Strategies, Marketing and Communications Department. She currently serves as a co-project team leader on the Academic Committee of the International Trademark Association.

Ms. Miremadi has also authored articles for various publications, including “The IP risks of throwing out the brand” in Managing Intellectual Property and “The Consolidation Game Why Express Consolidation Language Needs to Be in Your Contracts,” published in Claims Magazine.
