Jennifer P. Casler-Goncalves is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Environment, Land & Resources Department. Since joining the firm in 2008, her practice has focused primarily on water issues and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). She has also represented clients pro bono in a number of immigration matters.
Ms. Casler-Goncalves graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and an Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania’s Journal of Animal Law and Ethics. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, where she studied Environmental and Evolutionary Biology and Environmental Studies.
Ms. Casler-Goncalves is admitted to practice in the federal Southern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego. Ms. Casler-Goncalves was awarded the Casa Cornelia Law Center Pro Bono Publico Award in 2011 for her pro bono contributions.
