Jenny Mendelsohn is a senior associate in the firm's Products Liability Group, where she focuses on products liability, class and mass actions, medical malpractice defense, premise liability defense and other complex litigation. Her practice experience includes representation of companies in connection with a variety of product litigation, including allegations of false and deceptive advertising; consumer product, pharmaceutical and computer hardware defects; and medical products and services. Ms. Mendelsohn has also provided pro bono representation to indigent clients in various civil and criminal cases.

While at Washington University, Ms. Mendelsohn was inducted into the Order of the Coif, served on the executive board of the Global Studies Law Review and represented indigent defendants in St. Louis County in connection with the Public Defender's Office. While at Duke University, she wrote her history honors thesis on criminal justice in the post-Civil War era in North Carolina. Ms. Mendelsohn was named a 2015 Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine, an award given to lawyers nominated by their peers.
