Jeremy Holt represents lenders, developers, landlords and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions. He also represents lending institutions in connection with other forms of financing transactions, including asset secured and mezzanine loans. He has negotiated, closed and documented loans for a wide variety of community and national lending institutions, and has represented developers and investors in connection with all forms of acquisition and disposition (both residential and commercial).

Mr. Holt’s experience includes transactions involving Major League Baseball (he conducted MLB’s purchase of the Montreal Expos, and its subsequent sale of those assets to the Washington Nationals) and the U.S. Navy, in which he conducted title and survey review for a nearly $1 billion bond-financed national base improvement project. In addition he assisted with a client’s acquisition of four major golf courses across Central Florida, and has handled numerous transactions involving real estate-secured loans in amounts up to $96 million.

He served as a clerk for federal judge Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevic, and for Florida’s Second District Court appellate judge Honorable Chris Altenbernd.
