Jeremy Esterkin represents clients in environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters, focusing primarily on water issues and remediation of contaminated sites. Jeremy’s experience includes litigation and pre-litigation counseling on behalf of corporate clients in matters involving the Clean Water Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); and a variety of California state and local environmental laws and regulations.

Jeremy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Certificate in Environmental Policy from Penn’s Environmental Studies Institute. While a law student, Jeremy served as a senior editor for Penn’s Journal of Business Law, and worked for two years as a volunteer tax preparer for low-income Philadelphia families. During his first summer as a law student, Jeremy interned with the Hon. Victor Marrero, Southern District of New York. Jeremy spent his second summer with Bingham, working out of both the Los Angeles and New York offices.

Before entering law school, Jeremy received his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
