Jeremy represents financial services institutions, investment advisers, corporations, and individual officers and directors in regulatory and criminal investigations as well as federal and state securities litigation. Regulatory matters he handles include all manner of inquiries and actions by the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Future Trading Commission, Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and various state regulators among other agencies and entities.

Before joining the firm, Jeremy served as senior enforcement attorney in the Manhattan, New York, office of the SEC, where he was responsible for investigating and litigating violations concerning accounting fraud, market manipulation, broker-dealer violations and insider trading. Prior to working at the SEC, he served as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was a trial attorney in the Major Felony Unit.
