Jeremy I. Levin

Jeremy Levin’s practice focuses on corporate investigations, white collar criminal defense, corporate compliance and complex civil litigation. He has represented companies and individuals in Justice Department, SEC and Congressional investigations, Governmental enforcement actions and a range of private litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. He has extensive experience in the areas of securities fraud, corruption and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, having represented clients in numerous state, federal and multi-national matters pertaining to these subjects. Mr. Levin also regularly counsels clients, writes and speaks on anticorruption issues and internal investigations. He was recently recognized by Global Investigations Review in its “40 Under 40” list of leading investigations lawyers worldwide under the age of 40.

Mr. Levin has substantial experience in corporate compliance, having counseled on compliance programs and policies, developed training programs, conducted third party and M&A due diligence, and carried out a compliance monitorship. Mr. Levin’s practice includes significant experience in commercial and other civil litigation as well, including multiple complex energy-related contractual disputes, multiple enforcement and private civil actions in the energy and financial services industries, and securities and environmental class actions. Mr. Levin has further litigated in the areas of product liability and other torts, administrative law and Constitutional law. Mr. Levin has practiced in numerous different state and federal courts throughout the country, including in California, New York, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Following law school, Mr. Levin served as law clerk to the Honorable Harry L. Hupp of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
