Jessica B. Pulliam

Jessica Pulliam represents clients in trial and appellate courts across the country. She has extensive experience defending businesses and professionals in disputes involving the securities laws, fraud claims, fiduciary issues, contracts and other business torts. She also frequently advises clients in regulatory investigations. Her clients include public companies, corporate officers and directors, major accounting firms and international law firms. Ms. Pulliam has tried cases to jurors and arbitrators and has significant experience arguing dispositive motions, opposing class certification, preserving error, handling the jury charge and arguing on appeal.

Most recently, she has argued a motion to dismiss a former Citigroup official from an ongoing securities class action in the Southern District of New York with a favorable outcome; argued a motion to compel arbitration with a favorable outcome; and first chaired another arbitration in a professional liability matter that settled just before trial.

Following graduation from law school, Ms. Pulliam served as law clerk to the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Ms. Pulliam is active in the community. She serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Contemporary, Dallas’s contemporary art museum. She serves as a Director of the Texas Law Review Association. She actively supports many other organizations including Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and Attorneys Serving the Community, an organization of women lawyers supporting local nonprofits.
