Jessica Heather Hoch is an associate in Holland & Knight's Orlando office where she practices in the areas of commercial and complex litigation, as well as land use. She has experience with cases involving a range of business litigation issues, with an emphasis on real estate litigation, contractual disputes and personal injury cases.
She also represents private and public entities in the development of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in all phases of development. Ms. Hoch assists clients with the procurement and retention of development entitlements; the negotiation and preparation of developer agreements; representation relating to impact fees and capital charges; and all other aspects of representation before local, regional and state agencies.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hoch interned for The Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. While attending law school, she was a research assistant, a teaching assistant and a teaching fellow at the Stetson University College of Law Writing Clinic. In addition, she served as an assistant editor of the Stetson Law Review.
