Ms. Slusser's practice focuses on commercial litigation, including intellectual property, health care, tort, breach of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and RICO.

Ms. Slusser handles all phases of litigation associated with trademarks, dilution, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets, patents and unfair competition matters. Ms. Slusser has experience managing trademark dockets, handling registration and maintenance of trademarks before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; prosecution and defense of Trademark Trial and Appeal proceedings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; registration and enforcement of internet domain names, including ICANN arbitrations; and strategic counseling in intellectual property.

Ms. Slusser has represented clients in federal and state courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in arbitration proceedings. She has been involved in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal.
