Jessica Margolis is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she specializes in general commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense and related investigations. Jessica has advised individual and corporate clients in connection with a wide range of criminal and civil matters encompassing many areas of the law, including fraud, contract, and intellectual property. She has significant experience litigating in federal and state courts.

From 2001 to 2002, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Barbara S. Jones of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
