Jessica Gill is an associate in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department and a member of its Debt Finance and Private Equity Groups. She represents private equity groups, as well as public and private companies and certain lenders in connection with the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, acquisition-financing transactions and working capital facilities. Ms. Gill also has experience representing start-up and other early-stage companies in connection with venture debt transactions. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
