Jimmy Kim works with community association clients to assist with the collection and litigation process.He represents condominium and homeowners associations throughout Georgia and works closely with board members and property management companies to provide guidance on litigation issues, collection strategies and collections practices.



Earlier in his career, Jimmy was an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Atlanta Law Department where he litigated on state and federal tort matters. He has also worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted numerous felony cases.
