Jing Cao is a counsel in O'Melveny's Century City office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports and Media Practice. Jing focuses her practice primarily on entertainment and media finance. Jing represents motion picture studios, production companies, investment funds and financial institutions in matters relating to film slate financing, single picture financing, corporate finance transaction, production and distribution of motion pictures.

Prior to joining O’Melveny’s Century City office, Jing was an legal consultant in O’Melveny’s Shanghai office, where she represented clients in matters across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including telecommunications, television broadcasting featuring game content, logistics, commercial sector, banking and labor.
