Joanne Foley is co-managing partner of Bingham’s Boston office. She concentrates her practice in various joint venture, limited liability company and partnership investment arrangements in real estate and other areas. Her experience includes representation of developers on various mixed-use and affordable housing developments including comprehensive permit projects under Chapter 40B, low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit equity investments and financings, syndications and representation of closely held companies, and institutional and private investors.
