Jocelyn Lavallo's practice focuses on the financing and development of energy projects, with a primary concentration on utility scale and distributed generation solar transactions. Ms. Lavallo represents tax equity investors, lenders, project developers and sponsors in a variety of complex project financings , including sale/leasebacks, partnership flips, direct investments/purchases, construction and term debt financings, and inverted leases. She has financed over 100 commercial distributed generation solar projects, as well as utility projects ranging from 2MW to 550MW and several residential portfolios.
In addition to her financing experience, Ms. Lavallo has extensive experience with power purchase agreements, construction and maintenance contracts, state REC contracts and other project documentation.
