Mr. Kaplan is a partner (since 1975), and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee.He was also Chairman of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group from 1992-94.He represents management in the area of labor and employment law.He has extensive experience in the area of traditional labor relations law includes NLRB case handling experience, collective bargaining, advising employers regarding difficult labor relations issues, various arbitration matters and representation in Railway Labor Act matters.Mr. Kaplan also has an extensive litigation practice, including discrimination under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and general employment litigation.He has particular expertise and experience in complex NLRB and employment litigation.
