Joel Lander concentrates his practice in the areas of business and transactional counseling. Mr. Lander regularly advises a variety of public and private company clients and private business owners in a broad range of complex business transactions, including; merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions; public and private sales of debt and equity securities, contractual matters; corporate formation and governance matters; and general business and securities law matters. Mr. Lander has experience with companies in a number of different industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, technology, life sciences, private equity and consumer goods.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lander was an associate in the New York office of another law firm.
