Johanna Fabrizio Parker

Johanna Fabrizio Parker's practice is concentrated in employment and employee benefits litigation, as well as day-to-day counseling regarding employment-related matters, such as personnel and discipline issues. She practices in Ohio state courts as well as federal courts and agencies. Her practice includes defending traditional employment claims (including claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment), defending claims related to pension and welfare benefits (for employees and retirees), and defending wage claims (for example, claims under the FLSA).
