John regularly represents franchisors in actions involving claims for encroachment, breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, trademark infringement and other issues. Much of his practice involves dealing with franchisee termination issues and the enforcement of post-termination covenants. John is involved in all stages of the litigation process, including settlement negotiations, pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
