Jay Ryan is a senior counsel in Holland & Knight's Chicago office, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and equipment leasing. Mr. Ryan has extensive general corporate, finance and real estate transactional experience, with an emphasis in representing landlords and tenants, both regionally and nationally, in office leases and other commercial leases, and lessors and lessees in equipment leases.
He has been involved in a number of complex corporate, real estate and equipment leasing transactions for a variety of clients.
His experience encompasses all areas of equipment leasing, including leases, financing of leases and equipment portfolios, brokerage, purchase and sales of equipment, lease portfolios and leasing companies, and software licensing, leasing and financing.
Mr. Ryan was previously general counsel to Meridian Leasing Corporation, a national equipment lessor, in Deerfield, Ill.
