John Pellegrini is a litigation associate with the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. His practice focuses primarily on merger control, antitrust and competition, intellectual property and securities litigation. He has represented companies in the software, video game, semiconductor, broadband, and entertainment industries in both domestic and international matters.
Mr. Pellegrini also has an active pro bono practice in areas such as prisoner’s rights, immigration and asylum, and climate change.
While earning his law degree, Mr. Pellegrini served as Managing Editor of UCLA’s Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. He also interned in the Legal Affairs office at the US Mission to the United Nations in New York and held a legal externship in the appellate division of the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague.
