John Fouhey

Mr. Fouhey is senior counsel in Davis Polk's Corporate Department. His primary area of practice is restructuring, workouts and bankruptcies. He is also experienced in structured finance transactions, including CDO/CLO funds, receivables financings and other asset securitizations, as well as secured and highly leveraged lending transactions generally. In addition, Mr. Fouhey handles a wide range of pro bono corporate matters for not-for-profit organizations.

He served as Special Assistant to the General Counsel of the Department of the Treasury from 1977 to 1978.
