Mr. Bisbikis focuses his practice on complex intellectual property litigation in federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Bisbikis has extensive experience with technology companies in a variety of areas, including medical devices, ethernet switches, computer communications, transaction card processing, toner and ink jet cartridges and interactive video conferencing systems.

In addition, Mr. Bisbikis has an active intellectual property counseling practice. He has conducted intellectual property due diligence reviews and portfolio analysis for major U.S. and international companies. He has also negotiated license agreements and joint development agreements in a wide range of technologies.

Mr. Bisbikis is a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Illinois College of Law where he teaches Advanced Patent Practice.
