John G. Caverlee

John is an attorney in the firm’s Finance Group. His practice is primarily focused on the representation of financial institutions, finance companies, private investment funds and public and private companies in secured and unsecured financing, including asset based financing, cash flow based financing, senior secured financing, second lien financing and mezzanine financing. He also represents parties to mortgage warehouse repurchase facilities.
