John G. Hursh

Jack Hursh is a partner and head of the Palo Alto/Northern California Trial Department. Mr. Hursh’s practice includes litigation and arbitration of a broad range of commercial and employment-related matters. Jack has prosecuted and defended cases involving consumer and industrial products and technical systems as well as contract disputes over commercial products, services and distribution agreements. In the employment area, Jack has defended parties in matters involving trade secret protection, non-competition agreements, wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation and compensation issues, including wage and hour class actions. For many years Jack represented design professionals and general contractors in construction defect and claims proceedings involving both public and private works.
