Jack Fontham

is a partner in King & Spalding’s Washington Office and a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Recovery Practice. Mr. Fontham’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage litigation, arbitration, and consultation. Mr. Fontham exclusively represents policyholders and has litigated claims arising under most traditional lines of insurance, including general liability, property damage, business interruption, directors and officers liability, environmental and pollution, advertising injury and intellectual property, political risk, employment practices liability, automobile liability, errors and omissions, and fidelity and crime coverage. Mr. Fontham also has counseled numerous clients on the form and structure of their fronting, captive, and self-insured coverage programs and has litigated disputes arising under those programs. Mr. Fontham has extensive experience representing policyholders in the construction, energy, life sciences, and consumer products industry sectors.
