John L. Telford Jr

John Telford represents employers in traditional labor union-related matters, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, election campaigns, proceedings before the NLRB and matters governed by the Railway Labor Act. He has extensive experience guiding clients through the labor and employment issues associated with mergers, acquisitions and other business restructuring initiatives.

John received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School and earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. Prior to attending law school, John worked in the oil industry overseas in Nigeria, Dubai, Kuwait and Yemen.
