John Gore is a litigator whose practice focuses on appellate advocacy and legal strategy in complex trial litigation. He has argued before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, as well as before federal and state trial courts across the country. He also has drafted briefs in the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Sixth, Ninth, Eleventh, and District of Columbia Circuits; and several state appellate courts, including the New York Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court. Clients John has represented include American Airlines, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and UPMC.

John recently has devoted a significant portion of his practice to a series of high-profile antitrust cases in the health care industry and is actively involved in legislative redistricting litigation. His experience also spans such areas as class action defense, administrative law, and employment discrimination cases.

John has been a member of trial teams that secured defense verdicts in two product liability cases arising out of the Florida Supreme Court's watershed decision in Engle v. Liggett Group, Inc. In that capacity, he briefed and argued numerous motions, assisted with direct and cross-examination preparations, and assisted with drafting opening and closing arguments.
