John's environmental practice focuses primarily on issues associated with infrastructure development, such as environmental due diligence, wetlands permitting (including the associated issues related to endangered species, NEPA and the National Historic Preservation Act), brownfields redevelopment, and hazardous and solid waste liability. He has considerable experience advising the primary parties on all sides of such transactions, including buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords and tenants.
