John Nading practices in the areas of trademark and unfair competition, copyright and domain name, and related Internet matters.
With a background in art history and the visual arts, John has long had an interest in intellectual property issues, in particular, copyright.
John focuses on intellectual property litigation in federal court, as well as proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
In addition to litigation, John also assists in trademark counseling, with an emphasis on the selection, adoption and use of trademarks, domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, and trademark portfolio management.
