John Westcott was a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1969 and retired in 2012.

Practice

Mr. Westcott has more than 40 years of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer, having served as counsel for a broad range of private and public clients. The emphasis of his practice has been counseling corporate clients and their management on financing, governance and transactional matters, including private and public offerings, licensing transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
