John McArthur has broad experience in state utility regulation, as well as state and federal energy policy. As General Counsel and Executive Vice President of a major electric utility in the Southeastern United States, John managed regulatory strategy and energy policy, as well as supervised the company’s communications, supply chain, human resources, legal and audit functions. As Chief Counsel in the North Carolina Department of Justice, John managed regulatory policy matters in the utility and environmental areas.
