John W. Rockwell is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. As a member of the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital and Transactional & Securities Practices, his practice includes advising both early stage and established technology companies on a variety of corporate and business matters, including entity formation and organizational matters, venture capital and private equity debt and equity financings and related transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance matters. Mr. Rockwell also has experience in forming and structuring venture capital funds.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Rockwell was an associate at an international law firm in Silicon Valley.
